A Special Message from our President:

Christ is risen! He is risen indeed!

What a glorious truth we proclaim—that through the substitutionary atonement of the cross and the power of the resurrection, we have been forgiven, redeemed, reconciled, and declared righteous through Christ.

I hope you, like my family and I, were able to celebrate a rich and joyful Easter this past weekend. As I looked around our church on Easter Sunday and saw more seats filled than on most weeks, I was reminded once again to pray for pastors everywhere who were faithfully declaring the gospel—both to their regular congregations and to many visiting for the first time.

As I prayed, my heart overflowed with thanksgiving for the pastors Carey International Pastoral Training serves around the world—in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. These are men who are being trained to rightly divide the Word of truth. Many have shared how God used their training through Carey to lead them out of doctrinal error and into teaching what accords with sound doctrine. Because of your partnership and investment, these pastors now preach Christ with clarity and joyful boldness—not only on Easter Sunday, but week after week to their communities.

As Easter gives way to spring, many of us are beginning to enjoy warmer days and signs of new life—buds on trees, flowers beginning to bloom, and gardens being prepared for planting. We sow seeds today in hopeful anticipation of a fruitful harvest tomorrow.
