• Carey sends suitably qualified lecturers overseas to teach spiritual leaders on a two or three-week modular basis. Spiritual leaders receive training not only whilst engaged in their existing God-given ministries but also within their own God-given cultural context.
  • Carey is developing quality theological materials in multiple languages to use with the training provided by the School of Theology, and also theological resources that pastors can use in their day to day ministry.
  • Carey assists trained church planters to establish new churches, by providing both support for the pastors and for the building of churches.

Welcome to Carey Outreach

In response to the ever-growing global need to training spiritual leaders, 1997 saw our first School of Theology open its doors to over 40 students in Constanta, Romania. Establishing our policy of serving the Church, the School is administered by the Constanta Baptist Association.

Having spent five years building solid foundations in Romania (1997-2001), 2001 saw the Lord open a number of exciting doors across the globe for theological education. Our second Bible Institute was opened in Iloilo, Philippines with 72 students! The school in the Philippines is administered locally by the Conservative Bible Believers Ministers' Fellowship.

Since 2001, by God's grace schools have been started in Nepal, Mongolia, Madagascar, India, the Far East and Egypt.

Opportunities to bring theological education to other areas are continually knocking on the Carey door. We hope by God's grace to see theological schools planted in many other needy areas of the world in the years ahead.
